that would not be a catbirdshit approved lock off. belay with a brakebar rack on all leads. it's the only safe solution.

reverso sux for belaying someone on a hard lead and they are frantically hefting out rope to clip. it can lock off annoyingly. not as smooth as an atc, for example. They also wear out relatively quickly. I still like it for some stuff.

Not only do they do a great job helping you out for skiing, they actually get out there and do it, giving great first-hand advice even if you are very experienced. thumbs up. I can't imagine someone spending hours in the shop asking questions and getting fitted, and then hitting a website. Total b.s.

It would be cool to set up a fan so it can just hover like that in the corner. Then when it takes a shit it flies back up and pegs it in the chest. Nothing like a little negative reinforcement. Of course it could wind up looking like the powerball drawings with little turds flying up and down.
