That's one of my faves at Smith. Especially this time of year. Sounds like Tamara got the best pitch too, IMO. I try to stay off of this route while there are people under it so as not to kill anybody with rock fall, which, sigh, anymore seems like all the time with 5 gallon buckets and all the rest of those routes drawing large crowds. Curious. What kinds of weapons do you carry to search these things out? I would assume that a mere cell phone would be sufficient, but what the H do I know. What do you do when you catch up to things of that nature BTW?

There are 2 companies coming out with expanded range cams. Bigger than the existing camalots. Expect a 3 axle cam from Trango. You have to expect BD to respond with something. Perhaps soon to follow.....a winch to get all that weight up anything!!

Yes.All true except for the meth lab part. Gear is stolen frequently. Porn can often be found. Sadly enough, often too gummy and stuck up to be used. None of that shit happens at Broughtons Bluffs though, and the Bluffs tend to be warmer when us weak pussy weekend-hackers need it most, early spring. More and better routes as well.
