Canon s95. I have the s90 which is the previous model. it takes great photos, is compact, has manual settings and shoots in RAW if you care about those things. S95 adds HD video over the model I have.

Many of you may already know that the American Alpine Club is in the process of implementing a strategic plan that is the most comprehensive change to the organization’s programs and services in its history. One of the key elements of this plan is to create more vibrant AAC communities where people live and climb. Our reliance on volunteer Sections throughout the nation has helped in this regard, but with this model it has been difficult to achieve the level of local programs that we would like to see. To address this issue, one of the elements of the AAC community program per our new strategic plan is to hire several Regional Coordinators in key areas throughout the United States over the next couple of years. As described in the attached job description, the Regional Coordinators would be community organizers for climbers responsible for consulting with their local community to determine the needs and then work with the local volunteers to prioritize and implement projects and programs to address those needs. The needs could be anything from a toilet at the crag, anchor replacements, cleanups, trail projects, social events, or outreach to disadvantaged youth. Our first Regional Coordinator position will be in the Pacific Northwest. We are looking for applicants who live in the region that meet the qualifications as described on the attached Job Description. If you know of anyone who would be interested in applying please pass this onto them. For those of you who are tech savvy feel free to use social networking sites to spread the word. We are on a fairly tight schedule for filling this position so please help to spread the word. Bros and Brodinis, I have a pair of Garmont Megarides size 27.0 for sale. They have been used for one outing where I tested the limits of my pain threshold, and decided these boots are just too small for me. The boot shells have been modified for my foot by a professional boot fitter. He did a good job, but unfortunately the shell is just too small for my foot. You can see the marking where they were modified in the pics below. John Scurlock tried to post about this, but apparently the board hiccuped. "was just wondering if that shuksan mural still existed, if anyone had ever seen it, etc., I was looking around on the internet and couldn't find it." I searched around and discovered that it was apparently an Ira Spring commissioned photo. I didn't find out the fate of the photo though. I don't think it is still hanging or if it even still exists.
