  4. are you guys doing crossfit at a crossfit place or on your own? I have no choice but in a gym here since there is nothing for a few hundred miles...
  5. I do it but I do it on my own. sucks not having someone doing crossfit w/ me but it still kicks my ass. Just pick some WOD's from crossfit.com and start there. And practice new lifts at home w/ a broomstick. The crossfit message board can answer most questions too. I think it is the best program out there if you want to w/o for injury prevention, endurance, explosive power and all that fun stuff over just getting big with no benifits...
  6. I would suggest the g-14, lighter then others in its class and works great and unlike the M-10 it has a a horizontal frame. The bad thing I have noticed about the bionics is the shorter secondary teeth compared to others, may only be an issue on steeper ground if not kicking hard.
  7. These are a few seasons old and used but alot of shyt kicking left in em.. They are 42.5, 9.5. Here is a pic http://www.cascadeclimbers.com/plab/showphoto.php?photo=15436&sort=1&cat=500&page=1 I am asking 100 buck$ for them.
  8. yeah that was pretty sick, ya see the facture line where its thin, I guess he didnt.....
  9. jessie and I are thinking banks on sunday unless copper is in.
  10. Mtn Gear here in Spokane has them in stock they are pretty nice, more extreme bend the the Ergos. The rubber tape on the upper grip is sweet and I heard at Mtn Magic that Petzl will be selling it soon too which would easier on our gloves..
  11. Glass, where is that?
  12. yeah the pony tail is not fitting him so well... But anyway I know the guy and his GF ( belayer..), Last I heard he is doing fine, but the piece he fell on was a trango cam (old type) that blew out.

  16. These are slightly used 2005 quarks with grip rest and a set of Quad pics which are T rated which would be great for Dry tooling or alpine mixed routes. Come with stock leashes. See pics in my gallery: http://www.cascadeclimbers.com/plab/showgallery.php?cat=500&ppuser=3428 These tools were used one season for ice climbing never used for drytooling. These tools are still in great shape and the pics have alot left in them. Brand new with extra pics these retail for about $550.00 I will sell here used for 360.00 please contact me if interested in everything.

  19. I think Mtn goat outfitters here in spokane may have a set
  20. I am selling lightly used double ropes, they were purchased last ice season, not used much since was not to great around here for ice. these have been stored great and taken care of very well. http://www.cascadeclimbers.com/plab/showgallery.php?cat=500&ppuser=3428 I am asking 200 for the pair
  21. lib ridge is said to be D
  22. See thing is I rarely run, once a month would be alot. I 4000m sprints from time to time. But this came from alpine climbing or hiking in general I am told. Runners knee is just a nickname for CHONDROMALACIA PATELLAE. You dont have to run to have it. Its when the pattela moves or grinds mainly steep uphills, high steps, and steep down hill. It has bothered me on and off for a while but now its just on..
  23. they do fit mtneering boots, adjust with the flick of a lever. And there is an adjustable release not a great as on frishci's but most mtneering setups arent.
  24. crossfit would be the best in my suggestion, with things like hood and other training hikes on weekends. Also check out Twights gym at GymJones.com some videos too.
