thelorax, just ask skykilo to drag you up something, I'm sure that will cure of that skiing disease. -

This is true, but in my opinion (it probably stinks like my a-hole) if I drive up there I'm going to climb something a little more vertical than what I'm able to ski. But I suck at both (climbing and skiing) so what do I know. -
Jeez, rub it in already Sweet Sweet pic. Now what's the route name.

Get the Burgdorfer (lookup Rainer Burgdorfer on Amazon.com) and crank away. Also, lookup www.turns-all-year.com for more of a skiing website, but a few of us here also post there too. As far as right now, skiing (at least for me) is kind of winding down. Most things right now you will have to hike into with skis on your pack, but that's not to say there isn't still much to be had. Freshiez are going to be hard to come by though. -

I think you meant onanistic tendencies. One's capacity should only decrease with age.

Yup, Deception/Trestle area. Should be pulling into the parking area around 5:00pm.

So, meeting tonight near the same spot and the same time (4:30pm). In case you didn't get the memo, the Park and Ride is now closed. So instead, get off the same exit and turn right onto hwy 900, then the first left at the next light (NW Gilman). Afterwards, an immediate left into the QFC parking lot. We'll be the grungy dudes who look out of place in Issaquah.

Weather sucked from what he said. Made it some of the way up though. It'll be interesting to see how the documentary ends up.

I'm surprised with your long blond hair and Fred's eyesight he didn't mistake you for a cute girl. I love laughing at myself.

If you are thinking what I'm thinking, I guess 6-6-06 would be a good day to have a sale. http://www.bdel.com/666.php

It's ironic that my company is the one who designed this bugger. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- June 06, 2006 $30M transit center for Issaquah By JOURNAL STAFF Image courtesy of Sound Transit [enlarge] Sound Transit will break ground today at 10 a.m. on a $30 million parking garage and transit center in Issaquah. The 820-stall garage at state Route 900 and Newport Way Northwest will replace a 400-space park-and-ride lot that often fills by 7 a.m. KPFF Consulting Engineers designed the structure, Harris and Associates will manage its construction and Harbor Pacific Contractors will build it. During construction, Sound Transit is providing a limited number of parking spots nearby and encourages potential parkers to use other park-and-rides, or other modes of transportation, along Interstate 90. The city of Issaquah is contributing $1 million toward the cost and will provide security services for the garage. The structure will include a police outpost and space for Eastside Fire and Rescue to develop a fire station. The transit center is scheduled to open in February 2008. I've got video of a rattlesnake out there. I have only climbed at Tieton a few times and both times I encoutered snakes. At Vantage, on the otherhand, my friends dog has been bitten and I have jumped off of a route when I pulled the top only to find a slithery buddy striking a pose.

Training survey: how much, how often, methods....
Weekend_Climberz replied to Chad_A's topic in Fitness and Nutrition Forum
I mainly do weight lifting, shoulders, back, core and upper body and tons of eliptical. I'm not convinced the eliptical is a good as running the treadmill, but it at least works my cardiovascular system real well. Also, I use a general multi-vitamin as that other supplement crap can be supplemented with a healthy diet.
