  17. Ask Jim Nelson if this is a problem. You've whined enough about REI.
  18. Unfortunately, Cutthroat is also in Nelson and therefore another victim of crowding. The Boe-Alps use it for teaching beginners as well.
  19. whats that mean attitude? as a consumer i am resonsibile to get myself the best price possible. i work for my money and i do not need to see it spent needlessly but getting nickel and dimed. also as a smart consumer i do my research b4 hand to know exactly what i want. i support myself. It's fairly simple. Let's see if you can follow along. Consumer like necro goes into local shop and "does his research." Then he leaves without spending a dime, goes home and orders off the internet. Local store goes bust. REI is left because they don't depend on climbers for their revenue. cc.comers whine because REI isn't a real climbing store. What about this don't you get?
  20. Lot's of talk about supporting local businesses and no follow through.
  21. Just use a nut tool. Sounds like you've got the nut part down.
  22. The southwest buttress would be an easy solo to the summit. Then you could exitpoint from there.
