  2. Perhaps it is time for the purchase of a Macintosh computer...
  3. maybe you should change your password from "muffy" If you are running over an encrypted connection you are safe on the web today. What happens to your data once it gets there is anyone's guess. At that point, it doesn't matter if you ordered over the phone or online. I find it hilarious when people refuse to order online, then they hop on the wireless phone to make the order for the shopping systems I've worked on, I make a point to discard all credit info after verification and sale. I don't want to be responsible for that stuff, even if it makes online shopping more convenient for people.
  4. I'd like to go climbing but the man on the tv told me to stay tuned.

"ah, the perfect spot for the pink tricam...whoops it slipped back a bit..."
  9. The driving test where I was from involved going through first a 4-way stop and then a 2-way stop intersection. Of course, the 4-way one is marked as such but the 2-way one just says "Stop". Anyway, my brother does fine on the 4-way, then assumes the next one is 4-way too. The instructor actually reached across and yelled stop in a panicked voice to avoid an accident. The checkbox for "drivers must engage in expert driving to avoid you" was checked.

  12. the quality of WFRs out there varies widely some folks at those recerts have to take the exam multiple times to get a passing grade to get recertified. and WMI definitely does rock.
  13. but then do you wear just a line sock to ski if you used a liner sock to form? or is the idea to use a sock and let the liner pack out a bit? Just wondering what people have done.
  14. you'd best be keeping the needles away from the WFA's
  15. those are the instructions I followed and it worked well. My first "flow" had a wrinkle in the heel, but reheating it and shaping again removed it. Grab something to read while you stand in your kitchen for 12 minutes, and get ready for some hot feet!
  16. I dunno, but I just skied 3 days in a row now
  17. I heated my own w/o any issues. I have also reformed mine w/o a problem. Do folks wear socks when they use them or do they just go w/ a liner sock? I formed mine w/ a liner sock.
  18. freerides/diamirs also have a really annoying clack-clack sound when you're touring. A lot of people don't like to put up with the racket.
