i did. i went to urgent care and had an x-ray. the doc there said i needed to follow up with my regular doc this week to get a whole cast. they wanted the swelling to go down more before they put the big thinger on my leg.

they have been wonderful helping me out. they are such good boys and growing up to be good men.

through my drug induced haze all i saw was "climbing road trip" I think all the places i want to go the most are desert locations. spring and fall are climbing season. summer is hot and time to play around and chase the shade at smith or hang out at flagstone

fate she is fickle i am not sure about the calcium deficiency but i will be talking to my doc about that. i did hurt my feet last fall, i had Plantar Fasciitis, Heel Spurs. i am still struggling with that a little bit but it is way better now. I will come out to smith to hang out as soon as i can drive. I broke my right foot so it hurts to step on the break

I had a girl say that to me once, out of the blue at a party the week before I left Pittsburgh for Colorado. I was 20. You should have seen the look on my face i bet you were totally shocked BTW for anyone who wants to know my foot is broken. I broke the second metatarsal. it's not a serious break but broken none the less *sigh* it's going to be a long non climbing spring and a n interesting road back. keep your fingers crossed for me that my climbing shoes fit when this is all said and done
