Exercise is definitely the way to go and screw arbitrary "weight guidelines". having been way under weight and way over weight i like where i am now. i work out i am strong and healthy. i love my body and i am not concerned about people who don't like mine. i don't find men that are too thin or too fat atractive. although i do have to say i like a man with some heft to him. i want to know that if i fall on him bouldering that i am not going to crush him. and incase any one is interested i am 5'5" and weigh between 135 and 140 36 28 38 i have 21% body fat at the end of winter. i just went down to the gym and checked. not too bad for an old broad
