thats realy weird. it must have been late last night cus when i shut down arround 11 everything was fine. it was a good time in spray last night. but then the experience is alwasy better than the recording of it. too bad for those who missed it. tim- are you guys looking for a new host??? would you consider it?

morons don't know what flash and on sight is. maybe if they visited a crag from time to time they would notice a big difference. ignorace of this publication is horrible you better define cus muffy had to look up flash in the climbing dictionary today and maybe they are wrong flash is where you climb something clean? onsight is where you walk up and climb something clean that you don't even know the name of, let a lone any beta? p.s. i am ready to climb 5.12 now. when do my lessons start?

lift weights and endurance train. that has made a difference in my over all fitness. I wouldn't say I am a vastly better climber... i still fall all the time, and i still suck. but i am in better shape, i can hike harder and get to the REALY GOOD climbing areas in a better amount of time. what helps me climb better is to climb with good climbers that have realy awsome technique. keep your heals down and watch your feet. know where you are going before you get there. but the most important part of climbing to me isn't climbing a harder grade or ticking off some list or what ever, it is about going and playing outstide with people whos company you enjoy and who are willing to help you push as far as you are willing to go. have fun

for all of you who missed it TO BAD FOR YOU we had a GREAT time this year. and worked out asses off. according to the ranger the 160 some odd volenteers did allmost $50,000 (man hours) worth of work. in organizrd language if they would have had to hire crews to do what we did saterday it would have cost them near $50,000, prolly way more if you include all the pre funking that the Smith Rock Group does before the volenters arive. Any WAY thank you to all of you who contributed. wether you organized, showed up and worked or baught something at the action (FOR ME )or purchased raffle tickets or were there in spirit... it was a great day and i am proud to have been involved. I would be climbing but it was dumping rain sitll at 10 this am when i was done with my breakfast, so we came home. I love Smith. I will be back there sooooonnnnn!!! P.S. next year i am so wearing an "I AM MUFFY" t-shirt, and i SO know who DFA is now and i took a picture of him
