Nice oversimplification, you fucking liberal panty-waste. By the way, I support your right to live free and drive some pussified pseudo-electric car, if you so choose.

I think you're wrong here, Iain. I think, especially in such a position as Attorney General, past record is VERY important. When justices are nominated for the various high courts their past case records are analyzed to get a feel for how they view their role and the role of the courts. I don't think you can knee-jerk this one when there is a catalog of evidence (his record in Missouri) to turn to.

Our right to live FREE is most assuredly being threatened by the Islamic Terrorists who have targeted our country and our way of life. Profiling will help law enforcement focus on those individuals who will most likely be involved with said extremist minority groups. I know you probably think that we should just shower everyone with love and flowers and all types of other hippy shit that won't work, but you're deluded. When someone threatens you you don't just roll over, you stand up and let them know that if they're going to come after you there will be lots of pain on their side of the fence too.

I think that Turkey has, historically, been an ally of the U.S. Don't we have airbases there or some sort of agreement? They're not stupid, nor is Saudi Arabia; although Saudi Arabia ought to be on our shit list as well.

What about the Sierra Club? Or any of these freak-o groups who believe that animals and trees are more important than people, concrete, and skyscrapers.

Iain, what about environmentalist groups? I would call these groups "extreme", for sure, and they have made the environment their religion.

Unless that someone has strong ties to the extreme groups that you agree with I am sure.

Congrats, RobBob; this is the stupidest fucking thing I've read in awhile. How many other prominent politicians do you know who share similar beliefs? Not sure? There may be many more than you think, but you've never heard of it. Does that automatically make them ill-suited for their jobs? Your statement proves the religious intolerance of the liberal camp. Religious freedom not only means the freedom to worship, but also the freedom from descrimination due to YOUR RELIGIOUS beliefs regardless of your pursuits. What you are condoning is disqualifying an entire group of people from certain government service SIMPLY DUE TO THEIR RELIGIOUS BELIEFS. The basis for your mistrust of Mr. Ashcroft seems to be the simple word "Christian" and you assume that he is a religious 'zealot' bent on converting the Justice Department to some sort of Taliban-esque religious police force. Sounds a bit far-fetched, if you ask me.

The punks I knew and had the chance to be around were a rough lot. Maybe they're all soft and fuzzy in benign little Portland.
  11. That is one fucked-up book! Crazy, man.

There will always be someone to back your play, Captain. A good man once said that there should be more fights at the crags. My guess is that DFA was never a punk but one of those poseurs who could talk the talk but never had the balls to walk the walk. This is a nice place for him to hide behind a monitor and mouth off like the tough guy he always wanted to be. Greg W
  13. How moderate? I like both pitches of Princely Ambitions, but they aren't "purely" crack climbing. Any one of the upper pitches on Outer Space. Godzilla?
  14. HAHAHA. Turning the old "5-gallon bucket" story around on me, huh. Well, you're probably right; I still like a little reassurance every once in a while.

Shouldn't that be "New Poll", there buddy?

What are the facts of each individual case, Iain? Could it be that, in reviewing the case as delivered by law enforcement, he found that the State didn't have sufficient evidence to prosecute? That DOES happen from time to time. I don't know either, but it is a possibility since we don't have all the facts.
  17. Are there any games that teach kids to use a map and compass or anything like that? An orienteering game that made it fun for kids to learn would be cool.
  18. Hm...I had a German grandmother. Maybe THAT'S why Iain and I don't see eye-to-eye!
  19. I'm still working on convincing my daughter to go for the world's record in the "mime game"
  20. Poor deluded fool. Grandma is the one you have to watch out for.
  21. Is it me, or does the one on the left look sort of like thelawgoddess? Maybe it's me.
  22. Simple, always have a Disney movie loaded in the DVD. Hit "Play" on "Lilo & Stitch", wait for the eyes to glaze over, run to the back room and figure it out. If necessary, toss some Fruit Snacks on the ground in front of the television.
  23. EVERYTHING swivels on that honey!!!! The grip looks just right for....well, you know...
  24. Why yes, I just got my Britney Spears Fan Club Exclusive Action Figure and I must say that it IS very complicated AND exact in EVERY WAY!!!
  25. SK; I too never let my daughter out of my sight, or reach for that matter. However, the unexpected CAN happen - toddlers run ahead and maybe don't listen or react fast enough. I just feel that it is good to be a bit better prepared. If you had a loaded weapon in the car, I would assume your boys would be strapped into proper child-restraint devices as approved by the NTSB, NHTA, and AAA.
