  14. nah, that's thug. beer swillin' misogynists, just a step away from frat boys. punk is socially conscious. punk is pro-thought. punk is feminine, with a masculine energy, and vice-versa. punk is positive. you're confusing hard-core with punk.
  15. you think his feet are on? if he campused to that hold and held it....
  16. henry always wanted to be a rock star, and that is decidedly not punk. just sayin'.

  19. have you ever had breakfast bong hits?
  20. says climber mired in 5.10 climbing for uh 43,000 posts! Rock Warrior's Way is great reading, and applicable in other areas of one's life, me thinks. Performance Rock Climbing is good too, i think, and has been inspiring and fun for me. I think the biggest thing is to take the workouts suggested, and then STICK TO THEM! that's the hard part, is simply starting a training program and sticking to it for a cycle of maybe 6-8 weeks. If one does that, tries and works hard, then results are pretty much guaranteed. it's actually kinda boringly scientific, because anyone can do it, if they want. the body responds to a training stimulus when healthy and properly nourished.
  21. jesus, who cares if it's been posted. good one.
  22. Ditto that. i can't say i've ever had any effect from msm/chondroitin/glucosamine beyond placebo effect, but placebo effect is a real effect too, so if it feels like it's working.... but stretching, and massaging the IT band (painful!) has really helped knee pain i've had in the past.
  23. babbling on about yer favorite punk bands is so not punk/
  24. What are you trying to do, man? Are you trying to climb harder rock climbs, or what? Ice axes in hand, or bouldering, or what? Hauling weights around a track might help if you're gripping ice axes up some stuff, but i see it doing very little for rock climbing. Hang on a fingerboard, and you'll notice much better climbing-specific improvement. Find a good workout routine for a fingerboard, then stick to it for a couple of months.
  25. good returns for stock holders, possibly shorter waits for some procedures for those who have insurance, and the perception that the US has the best health care in the world.
