  1. Thanks for writing this up Off, it was a good day with good peeps. You really showed your depth of experience and proportionately large huevos with your acceptance of the rock as it is, and the ability to climb it in fine style. I've seen "better" climbers than us lose their cool out there. Where are you Humble Ted Ossome?
  2. Sweet! We on our way soon
  3. Tell me the rock is dry, whats it been , a month ?!?!?!?!?!!!??
  4. There's a real temptation to leave the Putvin trail too soon on the way to Stone. I read in the register many people who said it was easy coming up from the lake. Have not done Skokomish yet. You'll find snow up there, possibly a lot. This is where I left the trail and it worked out well.
  5. Went up a couple years after one of the fires, the hike was still a bit messy. Has it improved? Definitely enjoyed Mighty Dread and found the easier stuff easy. We did not go very far up past the first area. Is the higher up stuff good?
  6. Saw it quite a few years ago, are you sure it wasn't blue?
  7. For 10's-11's DH is right. For Leavenworth trad you need to expand your range downward to 8's - 10's or add in bolted routes.
  8. NOAA.Gov has many observation sites
  9. Hey Off, If it doesn't rain today are we good to go?
  10. Whutever Noob
  11. I hope thats work or vacation and not a finger, ankle or elbow
  12. Fuckin idiot kayakers!
  13. Would this close motorized access to the top of the upper town wall? Probably too much to hope for
  14. Ask a local fireman, they race up em.
  15. Lots of boulders at and on the way to Lake Constance as well as a huge wall. Anyone walked over to take a look? I've always been in a hurry going up that trail.
  16. Interesting how one's experience differs from another's. P7 was my fave, possibly the recent rains before your ascent made it more gritty. The last two slightly grovelly pitches were totally worth it for the stellar walkoff, which was brush free and included views into the wilderness behind the canyon.
  17. Yeah I leave the new one in the truck and carry the old one with me. I wish the lay of the land drawings overlapped each other a bit more. Its surprising how little the approach roads have changed.
  18. So 1 cup of lard per day?
  19. 35 or 40 bucks a nite to stay in a casino sure seems worth it. Have only driven thru the 'campground' once and it looked grim without nazi hosts. Could they do any less and call it a campground?
  20. How's it looking out there Off? I'm wondering if wednesday may be possible if it doesn't rain too hard tomorrow. Or is it just oozing and dripping away?
  21. You're such a nice person, you don't wanna know!
  22. I apologize if this is offensive but it sounds a lot like the girls at smith who sleep with guys that are working the climbs they want get on, then ditching them for the next project after they've worked em for the beta and sent. Not that I've heard any guys complain!
  23. A good time of year to get on popular routes! Not too bad in the sun if its not too windy.
  24. At 150 mph
