they are real good but you could wear a schoeller jacket over long underwear for about the same performance and weight, and save about $100-150........ not as sexy though!

Maselpanik Creek logging road is reopened, and provides not only by far the fastest access to Rahm right now, but also potentially to the whole group. You need to get a key from Interfor in Hope unless you are using the gated road 9 am -4pm on weekdays, as it is locked evenings and weekends. Rahm is currently an easy daytrip from road end.

get some intuition liners in place of the inner boot, they can make them thinner for the same warmness, and you get some foot room with the same sized shell.

if you think your feet are sore, try doing it on your knees next time i have never experienced feet going numb but one time i clipped a rope over my finger while holding onto a biner and then fell on it and my finger was numb for 2 months.
