dry chick peas
boil water
soak chick peas in simmering water until equal amounts of water and chickpeas are left.
1/2 red onion
4 lg cloves garlic
mince fine and combine with chick peas, mash with potato masher to pulp or puree the full deal in the blender
stir into puree
2 big spoonfuls of tahini
juice and pulp 2 limes
little bit of pickle juice
cumin, coriander, cayenne, nutmeg, shot tabasco
salt, black pepper
garnish with parsley
chill in fridge till cool
eat with pita breads
