Just remember why they call it a single wall. they built them originally as a shelter for guys doing big routes in Himalayas and Alaska, etc. And they found that they'd get trashed after a "single wall".

you should use graphite spray, white lightning bike chain lube, metolius cam lube or similar. the wax based ones like white lightning/metolius are the best. dont use tri flow or wd40 cause those 2 suck up dirt and cause a worse prob over the long term. boiling your cam before you white-lightning it improves the lube but dont get any plastic parts in the boiling water.
