Peter_Puget Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 (edited) I am thinking they will win the World Series in 5. At the local level Chaffey is looking awesome this year! Edited April 1, 2015 by Peter_Puget Quote
olyclimber Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 I see you posted this just after 4:20. Yes, Mariners will win it in 6 games. And I consider them local. The older Chaffey team is always good. At 13u, Bill is a great coach. He recruited Ulee hard, but we couldn't pass up the other offer. It was a tough choice, a lot of his friends are on Chaffey. Quote
ivan Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 the inescapable lesson i've learned over the years: if you love your team, for god's sake don't watch them... Quote
Peter_Puget Posted April 2, 2015 Author Posted April 2, 2015 The only thing local about the Ms is Willie B! Is Ulee on the Dragons? Quote
olyclimber Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 Did you know that Bloomquist once played for Chaffey? Quote
Peter_Puget Posted April 2, 2015 Author Posted April 2, 2015 Yea I think he played for en Fuego too. We have way too much baseball going on this year - yikes Quote
olyclimber Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 still 13. he spent the off season catching bullpens for the 18u Baden guys. one of their guy sits at 88-91...that was scary to watch...especially the moving pitches. Quote
Stefan Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 I usually wait 30 games to make an opinion. So...its been 28 games. I will make an opinion: There is a large polarity for this team. Great with suck. Overall: Unimpressed as a team. Quote
Bronco Posted May 8, 2015 Posted May 8, 2015 Love the look on the batters face! Had high hopes for the M's going into the season. Oh well, another year of suckage. Quote
Jim Posted May 8, 2015 Posted May 8, 2015 Meanwhile, our pro-team is looking as good as this batter! Again - despite the preseason hype. Quote
olyclimber Posted May 9, 2015 Posted May 9, 2015 I'm for letting things play out, you never know when the magic begins... Quote
