forrest_m Posted January 9, 2003 Share Posted January 9, 2003 col, martha stewart always uses red, so they can charge more for them. actually, they are all the same vegie, they start green, then turn red, then yellow the longer you leave them on the plant. thus, they are more expensive. being mature, the reds and yellows have more sugar and are sweeter/less bitter than the greens.
