In regards to brand - these are black diamond brand, just happened to be sold by Nordstrom, thus the tag.

I don't ad-stomp as a rule... but these are like $50 crampons. They don't even have plates.

 

You can get the current generation (several newer than these old ones) for $150, and even less if you wait two days for a sale.

 

I'm super amused that Nordstrom sold crampons at some point, though. So gay.

Thanks all for the info - it is clear my price is way off. These were a gift and a friend gave me a suggested price point for these.

depending on who you talk to, that fact that these predate the stainless steel version could drive the price up or down. Some folks really don't like the new SS versions calling them easily broken.
