YocumRidge
I have an 1 year old BD Express screw that never been fallen on or dropped, but the knob does not fold in any longer and always sticks out. It will be sent to BD for exchange/(repair?) but I am curious how often people encounter this problem.
RafalA
Guessing the spring got stuck or jumped out of its socket. Never seen or heard of this before.

YocumRidge
I did. And tried to fold it with pliers. No luck so far. But BD Customer Service is nice, they have offered to send me a new one!

ScaredSilly
I hate it when my knob won't fold over and sticks out. Try a little penetrating oil. More seriously, It probably got water/mineral in the joint. Soak it is a little Lime-a-way or 4:1 vinegar solution. Then use a little lube.
