WELCOME TO THE CASCADECLIMBERS.COM FORUMS   02/03/18

We have upgraded to new forum software as of late last year, and it makes everything here so much better!  It is now much easier to do pretty much anything, including write Trip Reports, sell gear, schedule climbing related events, and more. There is a new reputation system that allows for positive contributors to be recognized,  it is possible to tag content with identifiers, drag and drop in images, and it is much easier to embed multimedia content from Youtube, Vimeo, and more.  In all, the site is much more user friendly, bug free, and feature rich!   Whether you're a new user or a grizzled cascadeclimbers.com veteran, we think you'll love the new forums. Enjoy!

My wife said that was going to be on. Nice vid, too short. If anyone has any contributions of history, (Ice axes, books, pictures etc) you can tell that it will be well taken care of in Jeffs hands and he'd love to have it. Simply contact the Mazamas: that stuff should be preserved, and we all are grateful for Jeffs and especially all the people out there like Jeff, efforts.

Jeff on Tribal Therapy last year. Still has the grace and balance of a master, needs to work on his strength. (don't we all lol) Jeff has quite the encyclopedia inside his head on history, such a joy to be around for so many reasons.

From early on Jeff has been very very good about documentation - you can see his passion in the interview. While in the big picture climbing history is small I have to admit it is sure fun to dive into it.

Terrific job he has done over the years/decades. Selflessly preserving and illuminating history.
