Skeezix Posted October 20, 2008 Posted October 20, 2008 Take one Nilla wafer, turn it flat side up. Lay a slice of kiwi fruit on top. Cover with a dollop of Nutella. Eat. Quote
ken4ord Posted October 20, 2008 Posted October 20, 2008 A freshly packed bowl and can of Guiness, doesn't get much better than that. Quote
genepires Posted October 20, 2008 Posted October 20, 2008 I would not think vanilla wafer and kiwi is durable enough for backcountry use. Seems like you would have crumbs and kiwi juice everywhere. I have liked dried mango with nutella on it. Quote
summerprophet Posted October 20, 2008 Posted October 20, 2008 Not really much into Backcountry desserts, but here is an light easy one for ya.  Half Pot full of Corn Snow 4-5 tablespoons of powdered milk 4-5 tablespoons of jam  Stir forever, until the consistency of ice cream. Presto, backcounty ice cream. Quote
