Phil K Posted August 19, 2008 Share Posted August 19, 2008 Pure speculation here, but WTF.... I doubt that it freezes to a "climbable" state very often if ever. Elevation is pretty low, prolly' not much above 1000', and the flow is high enough that it would take some serious cold to do the job. Of course, I've been wrong before. Still getting tuned into to the whole elevation require for freezing thing...coming from way upstate NY where elevation isn't much of a factor..winter is balls cold wherever you are!
