WELCOME TO THE CASCADECLIMBERS.COM FORUMS   02/03/18

We have upgraded to new forum software as of late last year, and it makes everything here so much better!  It is now much easier to do pretty much anything, including write Trip Reports, sell gear, schedule climbing related events, and more. There is a new reputation system that allows for positive contributors to be recognized,  it is possible to tag content with identifiers, drag and drop in images, and it is much easier to embed multimedia content from Youtube, Vimeo, and more.  In all, the site is much more user friendly, bug free, and feature rich!   Whether you're a new user or a grizzled cascadeclimbers.com veteran, we think you'll love the new forums. Enjoy!

After growing up down south it's no mystery to me that they're fat. Fried everything, and not much incentive to exercise when it's 98 and 90% humidity.

I'll represent for the bigger boys out there

7/18- 262lbs.

Ball sports throughout high school are not conducive to endurance and power to weight activities like climbing and skiing. Newly stated goal is 230lbs. by October 3rd. Feel free to PM me shit to remind me.

But I am marinating 4 chicken breasts for dinner tonight, so I might gain a pound or two.... 6 years of running has kept me at a fine weight.

143 and holding, even though I've been eating like crazy and laying around the house since I got back from the ditch.

You working on the Panama Canal expansion project?

Or am I missing a more common reference to somewhere else?

Ah yes, I have heard of it referred to as that before. How could I have missed such an obvious reference?

Clearly, my mental state is deteriorating more rapidly than my doc's prognosis indicated...
