BTW, if you hang out and wait till like July, you can get cash on an REI card, instead of gear. I pay no fees for my airline mileage award visa (I don't carry a balance on it) and the only restrictions are blackout dates for flights. S. America? New Zealand? Hell, sign up for a cash back card and you get it monthly or quarterly instead of up to 18 months later......
