I suppose the best part about REI in my life is I met my wife there about 5 years ago.

Remember, if that doesn't work out for ya, REI has a great return policy...

Whoa!

:lmao: I almost missed this jewel! :lmao:

If you think thats retarded, then you may have math issues Choda Boy:-)

REI gear << cash or airline miles

Airline cards charge for their cards or have restrictions- no interest here. BTW, if you hang out and wait till like July, you can get cash on an REI card, instead of gear.

I don’t go into REI to “ask advice, or get help trying on a back pack or really ask advice about anything” I go there to buy then leave……

Same rules of engagement for Home Depot, eh?

I pay no fees for my airline mileage award visa (I don't carry a balance on it) and the only restrictions are blackout dates for flights. Even so, I am skiing in the alps next winter and used miles to book the flight.

I'll remember that when I get my $388 check.

When's the last time you were able to book a refundable openjaw ticket to Europe for $388? S. America? New Zealand?

Hell, sign up for a cash back card and you get it monthly or quarterly instead of up to 18 months later......
