Trent Posted December 9, 2007 Share Posted December 9, 2007 Saw this line this weekend just north of Paul Bunyans Stump and wondered if it had been climbed. "Washington Ice" has rumours of ice in the area but nothing described. There were a few more lines ranging from WI2 to mixed close by. Perhaps the future site of the Washington Ice Festival? There is usually crappy snow and avy danger to get up there , but it is the best pure water ice route still unclimbed. It should tickle some fancies, but it is at least a WI-5.
