fig8 Posted July 25, 2007 Posted July 25, 2007 someone should tell the ending and ruin it for all who care,, OK. I just finished it last night.  You can get a summary here  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harry_Potter_and_the_Deathly_Hallows  (pssst, HP dies, sort of, then comes back, sort of, then it sort of ends) Quote

everyfrog Posted July 25, 2007 Posted July 25, 2007 the HP movies are lame. the books are much better. and yes, i admit to reading them. i thought the same - "a kids book?" until someone introduced me to the series. not a big fantasy, magic fiction fan myself but they're just interesting. and trust me, the first few books are for kids, but they get a little darker as the series goes on. AlpineK Posted July 26, 2007 Posted July 26, 2007 Have you read the Silmarillion Kev? Even if you haven't I don't think you can stack all of the Lord of the Rings in the kids book group. Quote
