I still would like the skull on the back of the women's version, it will look better with less topography.

How is the sizing running on these shirts? At 5'11" and 180 lbs, I used to be a Large. Now the t-shirt companies seem to be upsizing everything to fit the typical fat American man.

I'd bet you're a large with these. I'm not that far off from your stats there and I wear a large.
