Stonehead
Annoying someone via the Internet is now a federal crime. It's no joke. Last Thursday, President Bush signed into law a prohibition on posting annoying Web messages or sending annoying e-mail messages without disclosing your true identity. archenemy
Gee, he must have lots of time to work on important shit like this now that the war is all over, poverty problem is solved, and people really see him as a good, moral leader. Kevin_Matlock
In other words, it's OK to flame someone on a mailing list or in a blog as long as you do it under your real name  Given that... you all!  If this was really true, wouldn't this effectively shut down all of CC.com? roboboy
important shit like this Maybe George categorizes this as part of the general "war on terror" ? Like "take the war to terrorists before they bring it to us". For all we know there could be some lurking here.

griz
i hope W finds this annoying...  i'm sure it will get allot of real world enforcement too...right up there with jaywalking and spitting on the sidewalk. Our law enforcement officers have little better to do than police spray these days for sure. It will look really good for the administration too if we have another terrorist attack and actually had police, fbi, ect diverting resources from tracking terrorist to tracking sprayers online. w = tool  sincerely,  griz (not my real name )

griz
I'd also add that it shows just how out of touch he is with the real world. Â All someone needs these days is a name, city and google and you've got someone's address and phone number. It doesn't take allot of imagination to figure out what can be done with that ...robbery, rape, murder, assault, stalking, ect.
