You could most likely live at his house (nice) out here. You would be a hoddy, mixing mortar and carrying block and stone. The work is hard, but think of the mutant hand strength you would develop.  While Distel is getting soft in Outer Mongolia, you could be acheiving the "Burliness". I'll even lend you my digital camera.  We climb and have a few local crags to enjoy. I'll prolly need some help for a week, working on my land mid April, hauling brush and moving logs around.
