Distel32 Posted March 3, 2004 Posted March 3, 2004 Went to the chuckanut roof project, Buckwheat (Kris) got the FA from the high start today, low start adds 3 hard moves. Here are the pics. Quote
Dru Posted March 3, 2004 Posted March 3, 2004 it scary how the climber changes shirt color and hair length in the middle of that sequence Quote
MrDoolittle Posted March 3, 2004 Posted March 3, 2004 ...two more liebacks, and the flake will blow. Gotta love Chukanut sandstone! Quote
Mr._Natural Posted March 3, 2004 Posted March 3, 2004 here is a fun problem. grey wall. start near the left edge of the cliff with two underclings in the small roof. once you are established with a foot on the obvious bump, move you lefy hand to an opened handed pinch on the faint arete. move right hand to the small undercling flake (used to be bigger) here is the hard part. move feet up to smear right above the lip of the roof. throw for huge jug. anyone else do this one? it is probably really easy for serious boulderers.
