It only took 10 years of snowboards to change the world, now there is extereme everything! You may even thank them for the popularity that climbing now enjoys.. and those bolts!!! Goddamned snowboarders boltin' everything in sight!!! Quote
lancegranite Posted November 20, 2003 Posted November 20, 2003 crank the backside air to the sidepull... If these dudes find out the new Alpental crag is out of the bag! Quote

Of course, what would be the best compromise is the TELEBOARD!!!! There is no compromise. It's quite simple. If you don't AT ski you are a communist. A sissy, patcholi-smelling, Medeski-Martin-and-Wood-listening, k2/free tibet-bumpersticker-brandishing communist. Quote
lancegranite Posted November 20, 2003 Posted November 20, 2003 It's ok...there is no need to cry. Come on guys! let's all help him look for his ski... Now,where did you fall down? Quote

EWolfe Posted November 20, 2003 Author Posted November 20, 2003 POWPOW MANYANA AT BAKER!! OPENING DAY!! 1 HOUR AWAY, LATER SUCKAS! Quote
chelle Posted November 20, 2003 Posted November 20, 2003 I skied for years and finally tried snowboarding because they looke dlike they were having more fun. Got injured and still went back to snowboarding because...they are having more fun! And the boots are more comfortable. IMO Snowboarding is just a more natural way to get down the slope. Quote
Cpt.Caveman Posted November 20, 2003 Posted November 20, 2003 I dont have anything at all against snowboarders. I just prefer the skis. Logically the work best for me in every situation. I have snowboarded. I was able to board black diamond runs with lots of falling on my first try. I prefer to wakeboard over waterski but in the frozen terrain skiing is way better for me. Quote

I completely agree. Last year was the first year I stayed ski free. There's nothing better then gliding through the deep pow on a board! Quote
