Steigerman
Second Ascent in Ballard used to have a bunch of slightly used ones. Most of them were in good condition and they're already broken in.

The liners will break in considerably, this is why you want to size the shells without the liner on. Pretty much all you have to do is wear them around. As far as the shell goes, there usually isnt too much breaking in that can be done really. You can remedy some fit problems by manipulating the shells, but in the end, most plastics are just plain stiff. My $.53 Shawn
specialed
I bought a pair of used newer Asolos from 2nd ascent. They suck. The shells pinch my ankles becuase the liners are thin and crappy. Like they tried to make super light weight liners so the boot would be light but it just doesn't work. You can't lace up the liner either so the tongue migrates and that contributed to more ankle pinch. I think they're way beat, but maybe they'll work for your feet.
