  1. I've had pizza at Piecora's on Cap Hill a few times. It's good stuff.
  2. Yeah that doesn't sound good.
  3. Send a PM to Layton
  4. My avatar picture is me and my screen name has been my nickname for a lot longer than having any regular interaction with a computer.
  5. There's an idea for a black market. Pot for peanut butter. No money will be exchanged.
  6. All I know is while in Canada they would sell me booze in the provincial liquor store and at bars when I was 18. If I move to Canada will they fund my medical need for booze? In my avatar picture I'm drinking a beer in the middle of a road in Canada.
  7. I didn't look at this TR till just now. I'm a slacker. That looks like a really cool spot to hang out at even if you didn't send. Nice pictures.

Have you read the Silmarillion Kev? Even if you haven't I don't think you can stack all of the Lord of the Rings in the kids book group.
  9. Forget blaming your friends. It's all George Bush's fault. There's food missing out of my fridge, and I saw some funny looking Secret Service types this morning.
  10. Maybe her dog team got sick of her and stole her computer so they could chat with their buddies.
  11. I want that symbol on my computer keyboard, but I'm not smart enough to figure out how to get one.
  12. I lost it a long time ago.
  13. Yeah, but it was cool to watch it blow up.
  14. I got a hockey stick at a give away night back in the 70s
  15. I don't know what they're doing now, but back long before there was chicken wire available (the 80s) a porky ate through my radiator hose. We made it 2 miles down the road before figuring it out. I then hike back to the lodge and bummed a rig from one of the guides and drove to a gas station in Radium to get some new hoses. In the end it was only the waste of most of one day...so budget your time accordingly if you don't like the wire.
  16. Everybody needs a place on the internet.
  17. It was just before this came out.
  18. Have I mentioned that I met David Lee Roth climbing at Joshua Tree.
  19. Hmm. according to Jay's scale I'm at a BMI of 28 but my scale at home gives a read out of 19.
  20. You're not going with little kids, are you? No, no kids with me any of those times just dirtbag climbing. I'm sure a campfire would be up on the required list with kids.
  21. I've been to the Canadian Rockies a bunch over the past 20 years. I've always payed the vehicle fees, but I've managed to figure out how to camp for free without leaving the park a bunch of times. Ya just gotta think and be a little circumspect. On the other hand I've never felt the need for a campfire. I like a good campfire, but they aren't a required part of time inbetween Banff and Jasper
  22. There are plenty of climbs out there with little to no protection where amazing climbs were done without the use of virtually any bolts. In the book Climb! there is a quote from David Breashears about the route Perilous Journey on Mickey Maus Wall. I've stood right at the base of this in disbelief that anybody could climb this. I figure if somebody could do such a long route with next to no pro then it's no big deal to make one extra move to a spot with potential gear placements. We were smart (and wimpy) enough to head up to a nice multipitch 5.9 with lots of good pro. *** The route I'm referring to has a rating of 5.11 vs
  23. Let's see, yesterday afternoon I was at 209 lbs That's down 11 pounds from my start or down 7 pounds from the contest start. I seem to have hit a static point on weight loss.
