    Photo Gallery Upgrade

thanks for reporting that I will fix that tomorrow.
  4. Hey Everyone, I just got a message from the owner of this dog. They are hoping some climbers are willing to rap off the west side of Ellinor to see if the dog is still alive. Even if you can't do this please spread the word. I know there are a lot of dog owner on here, as one myself it really breaks my heart to hear this, so hopefully there is someone here willing to help this poor family out.
  5. You need to do it in the photo gallery first.
  6. Lots of great submissions so far, please keep them coming! Help spread the word!
  7. It's funny how your article says just under 2.4 million jobs when the actual report says this... You are implying that the money was needlessly wasted by saying that each job was created at the cost of $278k. If the money was to be spent purely on salaries, what do you propose these people should be doing that doesn't cost anything more that would have a positive impact on our economy or society? Please explain this to me. My work actually received ARRA money. We had probably 100 applicants that made it through HR for 2 jobs. Most of these people were out of work and most were qualified enough to do the work. I'm pretty sure the 2.4 to 3.6 million Americans that were able to keep food on their tables and have health insurance will disagree with you about the success of it.
  8. Greenspan was at the root cause of all of this, wtf is he even on TV. He needs to be in a cell. Why is it that when people don't see a huge increase in the GDP or unemployment rates that all this stimulus and QE1/2 is considered a failure? The point is to avoid deflation or stagflation and a repeat of the Japanese lost decade, not to create another bubble. It was a success. Housing prices need to stabilize otherwise more people will walk away. Why pay a $3k mortgage when you can rent it for $1k? The incentive to walk away just keeps increase; I personally know many who have when they could have easily afforded it. People have to accept that life is not going to return to 2004-2006, where unemployment was very low, money was easy to get, and a party clown owns 3 homes. This is the new reality. Until something is done with our out of control trade deficit we will never see the prosperity we once saw. People have to be willing to give up their cheap chinese goods and cheap foreign engineers and outsourcing.
  9. Of course this is assuming that all the money went purely to salaries, which it did not. Most of the money went to costs like consumables, which of course has a trickle down effect. Gotta love Republican math.
  10. Totally incredible. Mad props to Hushovd too there is no other like him.

News Corp. bought MySpace for $580 million in 2005 Over the last 11 quarters, News Corp. had cumulatively lost about $1.4 billion on the business segment that houses MySpace. Pop star Justin Timberlake is part of a group that said Wednesday it will buy MySpace from News Corp. The deal is for $35 million, mostly in Specific Media stock, according to a person familiar with the matter. http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/businesstechnology/2015459941_apusnewscorpmyspacesale.html

  20. If anyone is still experience problems getting past the user agreement please screen please let us know. There is obviously a glitch in our software that I've been unable to resolve, so I have reverted to the previous agreement and try this again at another time.
  21. Should be fixed now.
  22. Did it break or strip? It looks like from the picture the skewer stripped since I can see the threads. If the skewer is too short and does not thread completely into the nut it is more likely strip because you are increasing the load onto each thread.
  23. Some people are apparently having problems getting past the user agreement. We are very sorry for that and are looking into it. If you are still having problems please use the link below to get a hold of us and we'll manually fix things for your account. http://cascadeclimbers.com/contact
  24. It's hard to tell from the picture, but your skewer shouldn't shear off like that, so that was likely the point of failure. Are the threads on it stripped off or did it snap?
