I'm all in for tomorrow, just not too keen on climb locations. don't have a guide book, although I realise most of it is viewable from the road.
Wa. ice guidebook have info?
Get it checked out. there are a ton of nerves running around through there and you may have torn/strained ligaments/tendons in the area. I do rehabilitative massage and exercise therapy for athletes and have seen some bad long term elbow funkiness from ignored injuries. If nothing else an x-ray/MRI can rule out something serious.
Don't forget a little teddy bear to hug and keep you calm after you fuck it up big time on the South Side Slog and need to ride out the wait for the helo.
mammut genesis 8.5s are top notch. I've used them on ice, rock, and alpine. they handle quite well and don't suffer from the beal super twist syndrome.
