  11. Get it checked out. there are a ton of nerves running around through there and you may have torn/strained ligaments/tendons in the area. I do rehabilitative massage and exercise therapy for athletes and have seen some bad long term elbow funkiness from ignored injuries. If nothing else an x-ray/MRI can rule out something serious.

  19. that's why you don't go up the hogsback. try west crater, leutholds, or reid headwall
  20. mammut genesis 8.5s are top notch. I've used them on ice, rock, and alpine. they handle quite well and don't suffer from the beal super twist syndrome.

  23. While not the exact rope, I've got a nomad (9.8mm) and have been quite happy with it for cragging and some alpine/ice use.
