  1. It's very easy for a mechanic to modify your ignition so that you can remove the key while it's running (by pulling it straight out, not by turning the ignition off). This modification is very popular with ranchers, who like to pull their keys out to mess with their trailer without turning the truck off, especially on super cold days when they want their cab to warm up but can't just leave their keys in there. I'm guessing that leaving your car running is a pretty common practice that far north.

did you finally catch up? well done. btw, I dig that you get your news from youtube. Good thinking!
  3. I don't even know what to say
  4. A reader of teleprompts... or someone who actually like reads books and shit?
  5. The Cain Train...lol, sounds like a black-on-white porno.
  6. It doesn't sound like there would be much functional difference if they did.
  7. platypussies.
  8. Exactly. Where, exactly, should they sleep? Or are you assuming they all happen to live in NYC?
  9. well done bone
  10. I wonder who gets to decide if a protest is "coherent" enough to deserve 1st amendment protection? I hope it's not the banks!
  11. the 55g barrel would be ideal, you could just pour a few hundred of those over that choss pile from the air.
  12. I'm pretty sure they're not putting barriers across I5. But if a hundred thousand people wanted to assemble in Pioneer Square and protest the government's concealment of aliens, I would think that would be their right. I fully recognize, though, that the supreme court and I tend to disagree on these sorts of matters. I'm sure they'll end up doing whatever they can to protect the elite wealthy.
  13. again, if there was a coherent demand for somethign that might tangibly be accomplished in a few months, the occupuation-element of the protest wouldn't be an issue - as i currently understand it's framing though, folks are prepared to go hang out all day n' night in public parks in perpetuity Are you saying that you can only peaceably assemble if your protest is "coherent" enough, or if what you're demanding only takes a few months to accomplish?
  14. Here's an idea: come out at 8 am every day to protest. Then, at say 10 pm go the fuck home. Repeat. Right to peaceable assemble? Sure? Right to camp out in the fucking street, parks, etc indefinitely - not so much. Are you seriously suggesting there are business hours to the bill of rights? Also, I guess you're saying you have to be wealthy enough to afford a hotel room in order to protest? And hopefully the number of protesters don't outnumber available hotel rooms. I had no idea about this business hours thing. Does the 2nd amendment only apply during business hours? What about bank holidays?

    Raid!!!

At the end of the day, I blame the voters. They're the real enemy in this American story of tragedy and woe. Why more of us aren't storming the gates with pitchforks and torches is a mystery to me.

But I want to play one on TV. Just like those Seattle guys... he shoots, he scores!

    Raid!!!

To be fair, it was the DEA who raided the dispensaries, NOT the SPD. The SPD (and the city prosecutor and the City executives for that matter) has been pretty accommodating towards Seattle dispensaries and patients. Actually, even towards recreational marijuana users.

Yeah, why would he even let deputies search him in the first place. And why would they even ask? edit: well, besides the obvious reason they would ask, I guess.

    Raid!!!

that is hilarious. I don't see what's so funny about honest people trying to provide medication for patients in good faith under a state system that is notoriously flawed. How many dispensaries have you been in, Kev? Curious, since you seem to know so much about it.

    Raid!!!

Meh. They only went after the dispensaries that were basically flaunting the state law. The legit dispensaries were left alone.
  23. Yeah, all he's missing is a couple of pics of dead kids! You're above it all, aren't you bill?
  24. I think it's awesome that bankers can make a bunch of bad bets and still get the governments to subsidize their losses. TOO BIG TO FAIL!!!!!
  25. hey, as long as the rich don't have to deal with austerity!
