I'm not sure about injections. I'm seeing her this weekend, so I'll ask her! I'm not sure what it is my wrist needs exactly, because it only hurts like hell when I fall down on it - as I'm sure most people's do, except mine is 10 times more sensitive than it was before the fracture. When I don't bang it, it feels (almost) fine. It just clicks and cracks a ton.

I don't advocate steroid use, but I would be behind an open option for it. In other words, I think it would be more fair and safer if it were a legal option. Then, two circuits (of any sport)could be clear: the "natural" and the "augmented". I believe that what you chose to do with your body is up to you, and if you want to put steriods in it, at least do so with a doctor's close supervision. And don't compete against people who opt not to use this enhancement. That sounds simple, but folks don't seem to agree with it much. I tend to agree with this idea. Athletes will always be deeply attracted to steroids, and I don't think there is much that can be done about it. I believe (as I think the weed laws should be) that more focus be put on education. Roids are dangerous, yes, but it would be far better that people get them from their physician in a safe and controlled environment, over some shady mexican pharmacy producing boving and horse chemicals!

I don't know about you guys, but farting and burping at the same time is fantastically satisfying!

Mr. ZZZZZZZ, having small pathetic muscles, like marathon runners, doesn't mean that you are inherently flexible! Quite the contrary. Its my experience that most endurance athletes tend to have very tight areas (IT bands, hamstrings etc..). Also, if you looked at how flexible Arnold was at his peak, he would probably beat any one of us on here with a sit and reach test. The dude knew what he was doing! As far as advocating steroids, I don't think thats where Archy was going. Just that it is possible to use steroids in smart and calculated manners. Do not get me wrong, I DON'T SUPPORT STEROID USE, I am however aware that Arnold achieved what he did because of amazing genetics, dedication and concentration on his goals, not drugs. For that alone I hold him as one of my personal idols. In terms of the sport of bodybuilding being "homosexual", dude, that just speaks volumes about how insecure people are. Honestly, analyzing very well developed bodies is a fantastic lesson in human surface anatomy. Additionally, bodybuilding gives us the opportunity to truly see how muscles coordinate together to create a piece of art! There is just something utterly beautiful about symmetry. Simply because I think bodies are beautiful and interesting does not make me homosexual.

Thanks Layton. I will look into this. My mom is an OT/certified hand therapist, so I might be able to get some free treatment. We'll see!

In my view there are very, very few circumstances where killing is justified.

YAY i like being right and smart about something I've read some of the Tao, and after today's disscussion I want to read more!!! I'm trying to figure out the physiology behind it, but not only do women have MORE orgasms, the ones they do have are like 5 times more powerful than men's! Maybe it has to do with a reflex arc. "flutter" at the lumbar spine..... Hey, Layton would know!

I did have an ex-ray about a year ago, and there were no signs of avascular necrosis. - I've done some reading on that condition, and apparently it wasn't too long ago that people with Scahpoid fractures would usually end up permanently disabled. So cheers and thanks to modern medicine! Last year's ex-ray did however show that the original fracture line is visible to about 1/4 through the waist. I wonder if that is something that can be completely reabsorbed as my bone remodels over time (although I don't think carpals remodel all that much in the adult wrist). I have found that strength training helps quite a bit. Just having all the supporting muscles built up and knarly seems to make a difference. But Layton, what exactly is prolotherapy? I've never heard of that. My only real concern (rather than me being a complete nuurd) is the risk for developing arthritis...

You bastard. I love and actually still have my trike! BMX makes you tough as nails.

with practice you can. people have this idea that it takes women so long to cum, this is not necessarily so. generally what takes a woman a long time is the mans unwillingness to go the extra mile where it counts. for each woman that extra mile is different. there is no blanket that covers all women in this area. it takes finesse and interest and some willingness to experiment. women are built to be multi orgasmic. it is pay back for child birth, cramps etc... and let us not forget, if you have sent sexy e-mails all day and whispered sweet nothings in her ear all through dinner and took the time to help her mind forget all the other junk that doesn't make her feel sexy... she might cum before you do a damn thing Yeah, physiologically speaking you guys are set! I'm not sure what I'd pay to be able to have multiple orgasms back to back. But sinse I'm incapable of childbirth, I think I'd pay in the area of $22,000,000 - if I had that much! actually men can learn to be multi orgasmic. i read a book about it once. if i meet a man who can do it.... well i call dibs OK Muffs. You've got me WAY INTERESTED! How is this awsome feat of skill and nature done??????

NO, NO, AND NO! I was trying to sympathize with the Bone!

Are there any medical professionals on here that know about fracture remodeling in the carpal bones? I've broken both of my Triquetral bones, my left Scaphoid, and left Pisiform. The fractures are healed, with the exception of my L. Scaphoid having a screw and a "notch and line" that hasn't yet calcified (after two years). My wrists feel super solid for the most part... However, every time I have any sort of unexpected arrest on my LEFT hand, my scaphoid and triquetral regions just KILL ME! And it usually takes weeks for the joints to feel tight and stable again. I'm now wondering if at this point the pain is ligamental, or simply that the trauma to the bones and joints has reshaped the architecture (my scaphoid certainly "sticks out" more than it used to) so that they are not articulating the same. I am so paranoid of falling down!

Lately I'm super stoked on coconut in oatmeal. The good news is, is that coconut is thought to be fantastic for your immune system! Although coconut fat is saturated, because it is of the class of tryglicerides termed Medium Chain, it is very unlikely to end up drifting around in the blood stream binding vessel walls. Instead it is readily used for energy! -
the sad thing about this is my boyfriend has the opposite of a foot fetish. He can not stand feet. *sigh* I'm sorry Muffs. I certainly understand...... I have a fetish for almost ALL aspects of human anatomy and physiology......

Man I love the Sandlot..... Ok, so today I ate some tuna fish on Ezekiel toast for lunch. I went into my chemistry lecture, and basically turned a converation about Liquid Entropy changes into a full blown discussion on GAS DISSOCIATION..... Yeah, it smelled like HELL!

Hey, be nice to Kevbone. Us not so quik witted idiots need some slack!
