I once burned holes in some jeans and a t-shirt, put on a white wig that I gelled so it would stand on end, smeared dark make up on my face and teeth to look like I'd been shocked and then taped some conduit with wires sticking out to my chest (hurt like a bitch when I pulled them off). I put blue LEDs in the conduit so there was the weird blue light coming out of the coduit too. I also once dressed up like Waldo (of where's Waldo fame) and took pictures standing in crowds of people that I don't know.

I've skied on Garmont Dynamites and I am going to get the Mega-rides this year. I love my boots but the full length of the Mega-rides will probably be better for hard skiing.

That is why I don't post them unless something notable happens. I hate reading lame Toof TR's but if they are funny and injected with some humour they are fun too. I was just telling you why I don't write as many, not making judgments on others. dude quoting yourself in a post is SQRT(new_skool_A0!_+/-_freshy_suthuhnplayastylieredneckonthehiphoptip)

This should be the time that ski shops are unloading last years' gear. There should be deals out there. Go out and look at your local shop.

Make friends with people who ice climb. It might help to live somewhere that has ice.

STP Get two boards though, one for each foot, and ski boots.

When I was eight some friends of my Dad's got into a practical joke war. The culmination resulted in one guy putting a half pound of frozen shrimp the each of the hubcaps in other guys car (took him about 3 weeks to figure out where the smell was coming from). The retaliation was two live chickens and six rolls of tiolet paper in the first guy's car (I remember he got a mild concussion when he opened the hatchback to see what the heck was going on inside his car). After that they pretty much called a truce.

The best movies quote I ever heard was from these two nerds sitting in the back of a freshman programming class that I took (Pascal I think). Any way these two guys are quoting 'Star Wars'. They had been doing it every class for the first week or two of the semester. One day this over-weight, 40-somethingish lady just couldn't take it any more and turned to them and said, "will you guys please shut up!". Without missing a beat one of the kids looks at her and says, "Strike me down with all your hatred and your journey to the dark side will be complete." Now that was some funny shit. That lady instantly took off and I never saw here again.

Oh man, I thought this was going to be a thread by/about a girl from breckenridge, co. What a total dissapointment.

Hey BD, I was in a similar situation last spring. I suggest you put a little more info about what, exactly, you'd like to climb, what your experience is and of course pepper your post with a few "bro-bras", "window-lickers" and other various extreemo slogans. It worked out well for me. I found a bunch of people to climb with who were all really cool (except ashworth ). Just don't ask me to climb unless your in CO.

My guess... All the stuff everyone has said plus some stuff that we don't even know about yet.

One of the mags, R&I or Climbing I#m not sure, did an article with Peter Croft on the area last year. Looked like endless crackville. If I remember right they said that most of the stuff is still waiting for FAs.

I go to Mex fairly often for work and fun and seriously man, avoid using the tap water until you can start melting snow. It would really suck to come down with something because you did something like brushing your teeth with bad water. Have a good trip.

Would you prefer to live in Boise or Salt Lake?

I'm sure that's true. Uuuum. My only conclusion is that you must be really weird or a chick. -

If more non-mormons move to SLC then the Church won't have such a big influence. Are their ice climbs close to Boise? There are in SLC Oh yeah... -
