Well, just like a copy of a book by Cramer, that beta is solid gold. I love TRs that feature Rainier (drinking it is even better) and blood! I love that Smoot is now a cult classic. I'd see a doctor about that! I certainly wouldn't give you advice about it because i'm not qualified...but I use Nuun tabs which I'm sure you've tried....but I also don't get that cramps in activity that often...its usually later after the activity, and then only occasionally.
