Yes, the scat from this little known dinosaur was actually its greatest asset. It had a special acid which repel predators, allows this creature to survive and eventually evolve into the modern peacock. During an especially critical phase it switched to being a herbivore. Previously it would free attack T-rex's and is widely thought to be the primary cause of extinction for the "King of the Dinosaurs".

Fun Fact: The peacock is the closest living relative of the dinosaur.
