Sobo, are you a pilot? You're more fatalistic than I am. I remember that one crash in Detroit where a Northwest Airlines plane crashed on takeoff because the pilots FORGOT TO FUCKING EXTEND THE FLAPS. Thing is, the goddamn plane shot straight off the edge of the runway and slid right down the highway, thereby insuring the complete Sucky Detroit Experience for both passengers and commuters. I hope I don't get mugged in the concourse. Detroit. Pfffft. What. Ever.

never tried that. Last time I flew, I just got REAAALLLY drunk the night before so I'd be passed out on the plane the whole time. Seeing as my plane takes off at 5:45 AM, I don't think I can swing that this time.

Oh yeah. I feel much Better now. I'm flying America West, and of course I read in the paper 2-3 weeks ago that 2 of their pilots were arrested for running up a 122 dollar BAR TAB before they were about to fly. The agents let them pull out onto the Tarmac where the plane was stopped and they were arrested. Go TSA!

Last weekend I watched this INSANE Japanese film called Hanzo The Razor It'a about a Japanese policeman in 19th century Japan, (in the capital, Edo) who tortures himself and his uh, ahem, Willy. He "forces" confessions out of women. Very very strange. Yeah....

A very, very, very bad college film. It's supposed to be all about being PC. This kid goes to check out a college for the weekend (Port Chester U) and all hell breaks loose as these stoners throw raw meat on vegan protestors, a plot with an outlawed frat, angry black militants, womynists, gays, hippies, etc. etc. David Spade, Jeremy Piven, Jon Favreau, They're all in it. It's hilarious. Well, maybe you had to go to a unviersity where Political Correctness reached a fever pitch. If you did, you'll probably like this movie.

How about this: I know there are a lot of you Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Matrix type losers out there in Sprayslvania, so on that note: What movies have you watched the most? Me: PCU. At least a hundred times since 1994 The Kids are Alright. (the Who film) I broke it. Independence Day. Maybe 8 times? The scence where Bill Pullman (as the president!) gives that rousing speech leaves me laughing so hard I have to leave the room or stop the movie. It seriously doubles me over in laughter. That's one of the worst films of all time The Day After Tomorrow is slowly moving up the list for me. Anybody?

Everybody's making some excellent points. I just think it sucks for everybody involved. Palestinian, Israeli, Israeli Arab, Druse, all of them. Sharon and particularly Netanyahu on the Israeli side of things shoulder a large portion of the burden for the current completely fucked up situation. Arafat too. The people that are getting the short end of the stick on this (in my opinion) are not the Israeli "settlers", who are getting between 120-400K to relocate, but the Palsetinians. Again. Both sides are guilty of atrocities, and both sides have a lot to be angry about. I just feel bad for all of those motherfuckers. that being said, I don't feel sorry for the resisters(sp?) that have come in recently to gum up the withdrawal. Even the settlers have told them to knock it off. Throwing ammonia into a policeman's face? Bad form.
