muffy's right! black tea has more caffeine than the avg cup of coffee. now espresso drinks that's a whole different issue. I do believe it does. I am no expert... but I KNOW chi does... ask arround. I had to quit cafiene totaly for medical reasons, and was told that tea is worse than coffee

my understanding from recently buying my downhill set up is that the women's skis are softer based b/c of weight and are slightly different b/c the conformation f women is somewhat different than men. hey i'm all about equality but if someone's going to address the practicle reality that women are different then men, i'm all for it! i bought the men's model b/c i like a stiffer ski and a fatter ski as well.

yeah 35-40 pounds seems like a reasonable weight to me. i bet there's more than a few people who over estimate their fitness. if it's a beginner course many of them may not have ever carried a pack of any significant weight.
