But as I said, if you throw yourself out there in an intentional media circus those of us who wanna talk shit (which is, apparently, a lot of us) and laugh. Get the tourlite 4S if you want a climbing/ski boot. It is basically a plastic with dynafit compatibility. It is a lace up too. I'm sure it walks and climbs better than that thing. As a bonus it doesn't look nearly as stupid as that wanna-be tele boot!

We are interested in the standard route, which is north facing I believe. I know a lot of folks have been up at Washington Pass lately so perhaps you could give a general feel for how much snow remains on steeper north faces. thansk, -josh

Yeha, I think it's pretty obvious this chick isn't doing this for the love of the mountains. My favorite is the pictures of her with the brand new technical tools and she isn't even really holding them right. One difference, however, is I think Sandy Pitman was a legitimate bitch from all the stuff I read.
