U r right...i'm more poking fun at you... I did suggest she go to clinics at the VW, not just the gym in general...several of the employees there are fairly knowledgeable...and they can point someone in the right direction... Either way, this is a tough one to just venture out as a complete beginner into an activity that can potentially kill you...Perhaps the mountaineers aren't such a bad proposition after all (flamesuit on...i know nothing about them or their organization) for a complete beginner...
