I have climbed with Karsten, he has babysat my kids...he is a wonderful and generous man, and if he doesn't want to pay tha kind of money to haul someone elses ass up a mountain, then there is no reason that he should have to.

aparently there was no spelling section in my lesson yesterday

try "planke" and "bent arm planke" if you hold the position and tighten your core muscles as though someone were preparing to kick you, you realy notice the diffrence. I have spent severl months working with my trainer on my core.my balence has improved tramendously.. though not my spelling
