  1. Serious? Maybe I should switch to a lower sugar cereal. Any suggestions?
  2. That's what I'm telling ya: nutritious AND educational.
  3. Iain, the Spice Group broke up several years ago; I think a couple of them put out solo albums.
  4. Cheerios got me where I am today. Have the occasional box of Honey Nut Cheerios.
  5. A mandolin is always a useful kitchen tool.
  6. man-bitch
  7. Already did. I like what I've seen/read of the Western Mountaineering bags; Pro Mountain Sports has 'em.
  8. "Greggie"??? Does this mean we're going steady now?
  9. flebbie - I am thinking of the same set up: 30-degree down bag with bivy and use an insulating layer if necessary. Nice, versatile, and pretty light.
  10. I know, just flipping you some shit is all.
  11. At least he's honest.
  12. Cotton, probably, it's absorbent. Wool might chafe.
  13. I'm sure you'd be happy to sell me several pairs, too. Wouldn't you?
  14. I slept like a baby knowing that my home and family were safe and secure. Piss off, you limp noodle wanker
  15. I go with the stretch that you can read, but you don't know shit; that I am sure of.
  16. So, I would think that if your liner did ITS job and pulled the moisture out to the outside of the sock, the Smartwool (or other) would do ITS job and wick said moisture to the outside of it.
  17. That's the theory I've been living under, as well, Dru. However, with my stiffer hiking boots that doesn't seem to work; I think that is a boot problem, though. Is that what you where with your Scarpas?
  18. Tease...
  19. I hear you trask; for the most part, I prefer a boot when snow is involved.
  20. Lucky for you there seem to be a fair number of those in B.C.; at least in Vancouver, anyway.
  21. A leather crampon-compatible boot, a la Scarpa Cerro Torre or Kayland Multitraction
  22. Moses had only one staff.
  23. No, RedMonk, their anti-America, anti-Israel sentiment is not waning. It's called swaying with the wind; much like the Vichy Government during WWII. They'll back our play, maybe send a token military force and then shit all over us right after it's over. Screw them, we don't need them.
  24. If that were the case I would expect something more like Bishop Boffer Spire or Dolphin Flog Peak or Salami Temple
