  2. Sorry about your problem, I hope it is all sorting itself out... I have a couple of them, and imagine I'd ask the same in such a situation. SO, did you get that rotten bird out of the tree?????

  6. If TLG does not pick it up, I'd love to take that rack off your hands...
  7. Tonasket and Omak both have some nice climbing... I thought we'd already gotten all the precious metals out of that area with arsenic and mercury and stuff...
  8. What on gods green earth were you doing in OROVILLE???? Speaking as a graduate from Oroville High School, I can say that... Yes, Jumping cactus. they are well known to the natives. A cross between a prickly pear and a mexican jumping bean. They can leap all the way up to get you when you are riding (a horse) too. They are pretty stealthy, you don't see them until they've gotten you. they also jump from host to host. Say your dog gets one, before you can even ask whay she's whimpering about it's got you, too... well camouflaged... the way we used to get rid of the patches of them on our property when I was young and silly was a propane torch. cook the bastards. Hope you got all the spineys out, they can cause a bit of an abscess if left in... I probably still have tips working their way through my body like porcupine quills. Did you get to climb Omak Crack?
  9. If they all don't come through, I'll take it off yer hands...
  10. Mazama. Sunshine, rock climbing, a river to play in. It's great to use it as a back up for something "alpine" in the N. cascades. Ingalls is not really a 2 day trip even going slow, unless you make a point to camp when you get in.
  11. Does anyone know of a source, or a compatible wick? Thanks!
  12. Where is the Pub Club after the show?
  13. See ya all at the Ballroom!! Good choice!!!
  14. After I move into my new digs, I'd be happy to be the drop zone for the kids shoe trade. That way it takes part of the hassel out of it. Bring shoes, If I have the size you are looking for, great if I don't, just leave your old ones...
  15. yes, cheap shoes, but recycling kids shoes (and most "stuff" for that matter) makes sense, and if we can reduce the random amount of trash we produce by passing on used gear vs. throwing it out, we are all better off in the end.
  16. Good call on the square bottle thing. Girls... freshette ....
  17. Fiddlers Inn... Coopers (yeah, trivia night, deal with it) I can make a tuesday thang...
  18. E. washington gets them... the biggies, with the lightning darting from cloud to cloud... they fill half of the horizon... you can smell them coming and your hair gets frizzy
  19. I like my Sony DCR TRV-730 It's not the smallest around, and runs digital 8, not the "newest" fanciest, but works fine for me, and plugs right in to my computer (firewire) also the lens, zoom and sound seem quite good.
  20. I have a leftover pair of rather small womans shoes to toss into the pot. Size 5.5-6. rubber is in reasonable shape last time I checked 5.10 "womens" style, whatever that means.
  21. Link...
  22. Marymoor = $$ to park
  23. I never complain about how far away PC is, just whine about my inability to go to far off places when I'm on call... Okay, maybe once...
  24. gradys is by montlake cycle shop... By car from Downtown Take northbound I-5 to exit 168B to SR520 eastbound. Take the first exit (Montlake Blvd.). Turn right on to Montlake Blvd., head south for 6 blocks to 24th Avenue East and Lynn Street. By bus from downtown Catch the #43 at 3rd and Pike Street, ride up and over Capitol Hill, down towards Lake Washington. Hop off at 24th Avenue East and Lynn Street. We are just across the street. We are also on the #48 bus line.
  25. coopers is still far from my house (for another month) Grady's is actually closer... Dwayner, sorry about last week, I'm sure it was due to some dire emergency that I did not show up, I can't remember, to long ago to worry about... come to think of it, I had early work+call the next day and ended up working like 16hrs straight, so it was a good thing I did not stay out late... (whine whine whine, excuses excuses...)
