I think being a little forwarder from Cali U cant conceive that People actually enjoy life with all what they have to offers and Yes they can porches pop from vending machine and actually smoke on the street and have caffeinated coffee and then a beer in a micro brewery with full alcohol content (non of this reduce alcohol nonsense) and all that water make u go crazy that’s why living in Cali was out of the question for me you guys are overly synthesize so for you people who live their life like people with the freedom of choice make you standing with Awe

CCW is the ONLY company out of the NE that didn’t sell out like others (IE Wild Things etc) I will buy with confidence and say hello to Randy BTW his pictures, wood carving and art is gorgeous [ 11-01-2002, 12:09 PM: Message edited by: IceIceBaby ]

Thank you for the insight…I just ordered the quark with extra 2 cascade picks as my pure ice and mix tools I currently own the Rages and love them for general purpose and alpine but they just a tad too heavy
-
What is the difference between the Charlet Moser Quad Pick to the Charlet Moser Cascade Pick for the Quark, aside then the Cascade being 3 mm and the Quad being 4 mm :-?

I guess they fixed that on the second go at 'em, as there is a second row of stitching. The trangos's are a LB lighter that the old trango's and they have more rocker and and extra layer of cushon on the bottom. One word of advice though, the La Sportiva costomer service sucks!!!! (and don't bother contradicting me because I have copious emails going back and forth on the issue.) What this means is do not buy them online from europe, or while traveling in europe. I fixed mine with a big needle and gore dental floss. This come to tell you what I preached for very long time... Sportiva Customers service SUCKS. and thier qulity lately had degraded trumendesly BUT thier price remain the same or even increased!!!!!!!... IMHO, The best boots I had experience with lately are the Salomon Pro-Ice one great boot (and build to last u a good amount of seasons) My second choice will be Garmont great boots as well Personally I have made it my personal mission NOT BUY SPORTIVA just because that those wankers have the worse reputation as OVER PRICED BOOTS, MEDIOCRE QUALITY and THE WORLD WORST "customers service" (an oxymora term when come to La Sportiva) [ 10-28-2002, 01:13 PM: Message edited by: IceIceBaby ]
